Martina guessed correctly that the dessert picture in the Restaurant Week post was the "Pommes" at Evangeline. The ice cream that was presented with the poached apples was made with prunes. The dessert was a fantastic combination of flavors - sweet caramel, tart apple and the distinctive taste of prunes.
