P.S. Any guesses what dish is pictured on the left - and at which Portland Maine restaurant it was served? One hint, I had to ask for it in advance; it’s not normally on the winter menu…

fire roasted cherry tomatoes with basil and creme fresh at Bresca.
Your guess of fire roasted cherry tomato bruschetta is correct. This is one of my favorite dishes at Bresca - wish it was on the menu all the time!
