Mia's is great! Saco and Biddeford have some excellent dining options and yes, Bebe's is great too! Run of the Mill has some good appetizers esp for pub fare. And don't forget Blue Elephant!

I have been to the resturaunt 3-4 times since it's opening and have nothing but great meals. They also carry a great wine menu now!

Downtown Portland quality with Saco local and prices is hard to come by.

I think your review was biased as you do not want more people frequenting the establishment making you wait for a table :)
